From our early foundations supplying contract labour to regional contractors, SCP has evolved into a multidisciplinary recruitment business with offices across Manchester, Leeds, and Bristol, a specialist Rail Desk, and an International operation now expanding into Dubai. We supply everything from individual operatives to full project management teams, across every major sector of the built environment.

The Leeds office is home to our Rail Desk as well as our broader Yorkshire and North East Construction Operation, supplying into some of the region’s most significant infrastructure programmes.
Bristol
Our Bristol team serves clients across the South West and Wales, with strong networks in Residential Development, Civils, and Commercial Build.
